I’m a weight-loss and lifestyle expert from Los Angeles, CA. I was inspired to create The Body Business Bootcamp because one of my favorite things ever is working out AND talking business. But, I’ve noticed in my own life that the more demanding my business becomes, the less I have time to grab a friend for a “bizercise” hike or workout.
